It Came Upon A New Years Eve

You'll have to excuse my frustration while typing this new post, because I have just recently typed a whole one out and it all deleted on me. Therefore as you can guess, I am not a happy camper. But, it is almost a new year, which means new beginnings, which also means me letting go of the grudges I hold against blogger.com.

My morning started out by tromping through the huge assed piles of snow that we got yesterday and heading to the high school for another day of work. Working with my boss's daughter is always a plus. Coffee breaks seem to last a little longer, and things seem to be a little more slack around there. Cant complain about that. However, when your holidays end, and your toilet scrubbing begins, it still hits hard, no matter how long your coffee breaks are.

I think that I have finally figured out my plans for New Years Eve. (unless any of you have better plans...then I will just join you!) Deanna is coming down today for a visit, so we will probably do a coffee at the ESSO. I havn't seen her since summer so it will be fun.

Doing the church service tonight, whith a potluck i might add...mmmboy! Seeing as this year was our church's one hundreth anniversary, we are celebrating a year of celebrations on New years eve...it does sound quite cheesy i know, but I'm willing to do anything for a potluck!

After this, Me, Brenda, Jenna and Melanie are gunna party hard the rest of the night. It will be a fun filled evening. Our plans of skidooing might be shot depending on this wintery weather, however, we'll have to see how she goes.

Anyways, I'm outa here.
Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas!!

It's been a while! I've been quite busy with all of these christmas preperations and all that I have forgotten to take time for whats really important...my blog!

Christmas is almost here! Bring on the eggnog, presents, chocolates, turkey....mmboy. One more sleep. However, for the Wagner family this year its a little different. We have decided to open presents on Christmas Eve this year. This has always been quite a hard concept for me to grasp... cuz its just not right, thats supposed to be what you do one Christmas Day. But, nobody cares what Hailey's thoughts are on this subject, so we continue to open gifts on christmas eve this year. Oh well, I am still excited cuz this means that tonight I get to get all my gifts! I hope you all bought me something big! ; )

Tonight we also have our christmas program at the church. The children are doing the program and the youth are just singing a few times. Speaking of which, the youth, (aka 4 of us girls) need a name. I would be okay with being the peace lutheran youth choir...but others insist we need a name. So if any of you have some creative names for us that would be greatly appreciated. Thus far, we've just got a whole lot of lame ideas. The peace praisers or the lutheran lillies are the best that Reg and J could give...yikes!

Anywho, its time for me to make myself useful and get out of my pijamas.
Have a Merry Christmas!!!

twilight zones

Oh the gayness of our family! Just to let both of my sisters know, baby Jesus is already in the manger and there is nothing niether one of you can do about it, because niether one of you live here anymore...in other words kirby, i am the little buddy who gets to do everything fun. haha suckers.
Now lets play a game. We'll call it....How lame of an evening can you have? No matter what, I think that I have got you all beat! Last night, with no friends able to do anything with, no sisters to call, and no one on the interet... i was at a real low point. My evening ended up conisisting of watching TV. I had quite a variety of shows to pick from and a few that i watched included...the santa claus, joe dirt, survivor, some dumbass, cheesy show on CMT that ended with me bawling all by myself (lame, i know), and the best yet....the twilight zone. i have no idea what would inspire anyone to make a freak show like that....man, the morons in this world.
anyways i hope that your evening beat mine. but none the less, it was a great educational experience for me.

Christmas Shopping = Hailey being broke!

Well, 2 more weeks till christmas. I am getting very pumped. Me and Cho were wrapping presents today(presents that have made me so very poor) , but we dont even have the tree up yet to put them under. It all has to do with the little family tradition of decorating the tree when the whole family is there (and video taping the whole process which can sometimes get quite embarrasing!). Since Regan and Jason aren't coming home this year (tear tear), we are waiting for Kirby, who gets home on the 17th. I am also very pumped about that. We have made many plans and coffee at the Esso is a must!
This past week was quite busy. Had singing two nights, advent service on wednesday (without the potluck so it totally wasn't even fun) and the carol festival last night. There is definalty nothing that compares to the Grenfell Carol Festival. Its the event of the season. Me, Jessie and Justine led the sunday school in singing and then the youth (aka me, jessie, justine and becka) sang a couple of songs. Now the rest of my weekend is jam packed with a whole lotta homework. But i still have hope, because i only have six more days of school till i am off for holidays.
On a different note, my dog got surgury on her leg this week, and while i have to feel sorry for her, I am really trying not to pee my pants laughing at her because she has to wear a lampshade. You can tell by the way she looks at you that she gets quite pissed off when she has to wear it. Oh the joys of being a dog.
anyways i am out.
take the care
