So today wasn't just any normal day. Thats right, we got down and dirty and dissected these huge assed bullfrogs (ours went by the name Vesna) in biology that were bigger than my head (okay not quite, but almost!)
Now for some of you city folk who may have gotten to do alot more of this type of thing in high school, you may not find this exciting. But at Grenfell High, this is the highlight of the week....maybe even month for us town folk.
There is a definatly nothing that compares to chopping up a slimy, pickle smelling frog who is already past the state of rigor mortis.One of those memories I will hold on to forever!

Feel the rhythm! Feel the rhyme! Once again, its updating time!

Ah, Cool Runnings...I totally have the urge to watch that movie now! I might just do that...that is, after I update you all with whats been happening in my life.

Well it was another 5 day week, with 5 exams, thats right, one everyday. 2 biology, 2 physics, one math and a headache everyday. Gotta love school. But one more week, and then a new semester, and i am looking foward to that.
So with all of that studying going on, I dont know a whole lot else. At least I can tell you all about the excretory system in Cnidarians though. So if your wondering, just ask.

Last night me and Brenda watched TROY (after watching an episode of Manhunt: Gorgeous Male Model..lol) However, the movie did not impress me so much. Call me an idealistic girl, but I like happy endings, and I dont call Brad Pitt getting pummeled to the ground by arrows a happy ending. Oh well, what can ya do right. So tonight me and Brenda chose to watch the Wedding Singer. It did have a happy ending and I enjoyed it... for like the bizillionth time I've watched it.

But I gotta make this short, because I am a tired girl. Today was another day filled to the goats with homework, and I am worn out.

Crazy Carpet Fun

So this weekend ended up being quite an eventful one. We had school on Friday which cut my weekend one day shorter, but I'll survive...maybe.

On Friday night, I packed myself in all the winter apparel I own, and went with Brenda and Jeni to go sledding at the fire hall hill. In other words, the hill that the town workers (aka my daddy) make with the snow tractor from all the snow in town. As kids, we always played there, but lets just say its been a while. So out came the crazy carpets and we flew down those hills, sliding half way across main street. (Its a good thing our streets are pretty quiet at night or we could have become road kill pretty quickly) This was followed by watching Princess Diaries 2. Very lame movie, but very hot guy, so we managed to watch the whole thing ; )

Then last night was the Midget hockey game (very uneventful), and a Can-am run to Whitewood till 3 in the morning. Me, Brenda, Jeni, Melanie and Devin went and we also took the foriegn exchange student with us since he happened to be at the hockey game before hand and wanted to go. While in the car, he asked us if we had any "Czech" music (from the Czech republic). However, with none of us being familiar with his accent, we could have sworn he was asking for "chick" music... But after searching a few minutes for some Mandy Moore to play for him, he told us that wasn't what he wanted. This was a good thing, cuz wanting to listen to chick music = handing in your manhood card.
We also got pulled over by the cops that night with 6 passengers in a 5 passenger vehicle. But once again we managed to outsmart them and didn't get the ticket. Thank the Lord and sing his praise. We are all too broke to have to pay for tickets.

Now its back to school again tommorrow. Right now I am just pushing myself to make it to the end of this semester. I will deal with the next semester later. One more month, its gunna be busy, but I think I can handle one more month of these classes.

How do you know when it is way too cold in Saskatchewan?? Thats right, when your dog decides to be a chicken shit and rather than face the harsh outdoor weather, she decides to piss on the carpet. And being the lucky girl that I am, I got to clean it up.

But seeing as my dog hadn't quite caused enough problems, she decided to have a little more fun. Kirby had ordered some beef jerkey through a meat sale I did through the school. She has been waiting a long time to enjoy it, and after eating a peice she left it in her bedroom. Emily managed to get herself into it and eat a whole package of beef jerkey. This all left Kirby in tears (litterally), and I pissed my pants laughing at her. (You might not wanna mention that I told you about that one)

School also got cancelled today because of the nasty weather, but there is no complaining here. I'd take sleeping in over school any day. So here I go to enjoy the rest of my day off!
